A 'pair' of Austin Healey Sprite Mk1's (Frogeyes) for sale as restoration projects. Incredible 'Barn Find' and dry stored by last owner for 27 years. Both cars have V5 DVLA documents. One has a partially restored bodyshell, the other has no bodyshell but both have steel front bonnets. Both appear to have all parts to build two complete cars.. Both engines, gearboxes and rear axles are present. There are some additional spares including an extra windscreen, gearbox and some odd ancillary parts. There is an original hard top complete with its original rear curved glass window. Anecdotal evidence suggests that both vehicles were running prior to their dismantling but full restoration is advised. This car will make an excellent project and has a fair history file including old mots back to 1985, there is an invoice for £2300 dated 1999 which includes considerable coachwork repairs which would explain the car's overall pleasant appearance.It has had hardened valve seats fitted to the cylinder head so will run on unleaded fuel.
